Feeling good and healthy throughout the harried wedding planning process can sometimes be a struggle. Eating well so you have then energy you need (and will still be able to fit into your gown!), when it’s so much easier to order a pizza and eat a pint of ice cream, isn’t always easy. And running around a track after you’ve spent all day running around town isn’t always appealing.
But never fear. That’s what we’re here for. More after the jump!

To really make your eyes stand out on your wedding day, try using a white eye shadow, or highlighter, to the inner crease of your eyes. Sexy stars like Scarlett Johansson have been turning heads lately with this classic look, and now you can make your eyes sparkle too! But remember: If you’re using it in combination with a darker eye shadow, leave your lips nude; too much will over power your face. It doesn’t take much to make you look glam and gorgeous!

Having an outdoor wedding? Here’s a great tip to looking fabulous in the sun, without spending a fortune:
Try applying bronzer to your boney areas (i.e. cheek bones, shoulders, shins, and the slope of your nose) to create a lean focal point! This technique not only has a slimming effect, but also gives you a skin-kissed glow!
Trying to find the perfect headpiece? From veils, to headbands to the newly popular birdcage veil, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. David’s Bridal has recently come out with their newest 2008 Spring collection full of tips and advice to help add the finishing touch.
